A: Scrum is a framework based on Scrum Theory

A: Based on Empirical process control, or empiricism, which states that knowledge comes from experience and making decisions based on what is known

A: A framework within witch people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of highest possible value

A: Lightweight, easy to understand, difficult to master

A: Scrum is a guide (not Scrum Bible) and at the heart of scrum are the concepts of inspect and adapt so it is meant to be adapted to what works best for each team

A: NOONE!  They manage their own work : ) (and are responsible for what they commit to in a sprint)
